At this time I'm beginning training for my next, fourth, marathon. I say beginning but I am already at a base of ten for my long runs; tomorrow will be a 12 miler. This week flew by! We began by coming home from my mom's house after taking care of her while she had cataract surgery. It was a fun trip, though unpleasant, obviously, for her. This week things got switched up a bit. Mom had cataract surgery (Argh, matey!) and I came to help her out. Wednesday, the morning of the surgery, came early. I didn't sleep well the night before, so I opted to do my four miler that day and switch my long run to Friday.
