My daughter has been working out since last soccer season, keeping in shape so she'd be ready to go this year. She took up some running, and recently ran a 5K with me. She runs on her own a few times each week. She practices toe touches, and we head to the fields on the weekends to practice shooting. This week things got switched up a bit. Mom had cataract surgery (Argh, matey!) and I came to help her out. Wednesday, the morning of the surgery, came early.
